Italian Pasta Salad with Tortellini

- 24 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup salami, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Italian Tortellini Pasta Salad
For this easy recipe, you will need:
- 20 oz. cheese tortellini cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced

The Dressing:

- ¼ tsp. black pepper plus more to taste
